The prize is supplied by Victoria Art Gallery, Bath & North East Somerset Council. The Promoters reserve the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control makes it necessary to do so.

Prizes for the winner are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.

This prize draw is open to all residents of the UK aged 18 years or over except employees or agents of Bath & North East Somerset Council and/or anyone else professionally associated with this prize draw. It is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram or Facebook.

To enter, participants to this prize draw must:

1. Post your answer to the multiple-choice question in the comments on the Victoria Art Gallery Facebook or Instagram competition post. You may enter on only one platform.

The opening date for entries is Thursday 2 February 2023. The closing date of the prize draw is 23.59 on Wednesday 8 February 2023. Entries received after this time will not be accepted.

The winner will be chosen by a random draw on Thursday 9 February 2023. The prize winners will be announced on the Victoria Art Gallery social media platforms. The winner will be announced in the post, not via direct message. Please be aware of fake accounts.

The decision of the judges regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. We reserve the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prizes to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.

If we do not receive a response from the winner within 72 hours of the prize-winning notice being sent, we reserve the right to forfeit the winners’ prize and to select an alternative winner in accordance with the process described above. We cannot be held responsible for postal delays or technical issues.

Bath & North East Somerset Council reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
