Donate scheme

The Friends promoted the government supported scheme for giving donations to museums and galleries.

The Curator selected a number of ceramic items where old restorations had failed over the years and the Friends raised £3,750 to have the pieces restored by an expert who works for the V&A. The pieces are on show in the small gallery upstairs.

The images below show the 'before and after' condition of the pieces.
