Bath & North East Somerset Council’s Heritage Services have
arranged a two week-long programme of workshops and trails to
entertain the whole family over the Easter break.
At the Council-run Victoria Art Gallery in Bridge Street the
following creative workshops take place - on Thursday 9 April,
Weave a wonder for 3 to 7 year olds, and on Thursday 16 April Metal
magic for 6 to 11 year olds. Sessions are held at 10.30-12.00 &
1.30-3.00pm – please book on 01225 477244. The cost is £3.75 per
child and children must be accompanied by an adult.
At the Fashion Museum at the Assembly Rooms on Tuesday 14 April
a family drop-in activity Draw Spring with fabric is taking place
11am-12.30pm and 1.30-3 pm. Children must be accompanied by an
adult, and entry to the Museum is free for Discovery Card
holders.
Other activities over the Easter weekend include family trails
at the Victoria Art Gallery & Fashion Museum. Explore the
displays, follow the trails and claim a prize.
